In reason news t-mobile and sprint are planning on merging in a bigger and better national company. T-mobile’s stock price fell more than 5% early Monday and sprints slid more than 13%, as worries about the deals approval bubbled up on wall street. T-mobile and sprints merger could cool cell-phone wars, which have benefited customers. The reason why this is going to work is because T-mobile cannot do the 5G strategy without sprint. With both companies collaborating this result in thousands of new jobs. the companies plan to invest up to at least $40 billion in its new network and business in the first three years. during 2014 they consider merging but eventually called it off because some people believed the it was under control the Obama administration.
